The convoluted egg crate top layer improves patient comfort, while the urethane-coated nylon cover is both water-resistant and vapor permeable. A vinyl base ensures stain resistance and waterproof protection. Four elastic corner straps securely hold the overlay in place, with clearly designated head and foot sections for proper alignment.
